Can anyone explain why it takes days to publish this stuff?
Even if this was done in archaic fashion by pen and paper, it should take no more than an hour to award AND double check. What's the angle here to taking the full allotted time to award the COLAs?

First neck gaiters were ok; then they weren't. Then masks with vents (there's a f*&^ing filter in between the mouth hole and the vent, FFS) weren't ok. Then masks with offensive (whatever that is on a rotating basis) words or symbols weren't ok.
What's the real solution? (besides stopping the mask theater in the first place) Provide the masks. If you rely on the passengers to BYOB this is what is going to happen. Of course that would cost money and possibly expose the airline to liability so instead we just constantly change the rules in a reactionary manner. Ugh

We have completely lopsided amount of CAs taking COLA-35s for different durations; if they don’t adjust the numbers in system bid 2020-05 then we would actually need upgrades to cover the amount of CAs lost to COLAs. This already feels like the next several months are going to be total chaos with staffing. Surely they have to cancel/adjust this system bid before moving forward, this system bid doesn’t match up with the COLAs being taken.
