That is a very very sad way of thinking. At Delta reserve goes senior in most bases because it gives you such a great QOL. Absolutely no reason we should not be striving for that in our next contract. The old school thinking at Frontier that you need to work your vacations and credit 100 hours a month to make industry standard pay needs to be done.

As a pretty senior commuter who doesn't work for F9 I disagree. When NK had decent reserve rules it would go pretty senior, and there is no reason for not having that. QOL should be good for everyone.
