That is a very very sad way of thinking. At Delta reserve goes senior in most bases because it gives you such a great QOL. Absolutely no reason we should not be striving for that in our next contract. The old school thinking at Frontier that you need to work your vacations and credit 100 hours a month to make industry standard pay needs to be done.

It can be advantageous for the company for reserve to go senior as well. Guys off OE need to consolidate and get time in the airplane.

Pilots do not have access to crew trac unless check airman or certain union positions. Ops web is not crew trac.

Pilots do have access to crew web though which is a crew trac web portal for viewing your own schedule.
