anyway like I said, no real way to know but what are the odds it keeps going relatively junior? Whether from growth or just small attrition of people leaving/transferring/upgrading etc? Asking as a relatively new regional captain living and based in PHX, with an upcoming F9 interview.
Considering the base is opening in a holiday month (vacations get dropped for those transferring base), coupled with the uncertainty of what pairings will look like initially out of a new base, there are likely at least a few senior holdouts who may bid for it in the current bid that is open.

That's an excellent point!

FFTpilots.com has great info. I only add the last column which shows how long a wait new hires can expect to get their base of choice based on the current snap shot.

According to FFTpilots.com UltiPro shows 1921 pilots in the system, 57 pilots up from the last update on the 17th. I am guessing this is HR adding pilots for the next class tomorrow. I read we were planning another class of 60, so this 57 jives with the amount of new hires. Let's see how many actually show up tomorrow.

Have many not been showing up? I didn’t think has been an issue after seeing class size announcements and then seeing the Flica count jump up within a few numbers. Always tough to tell though. We have lost 8 since the last class was added to Flica.

I was recently at the school house and saw the last class before they moved to the hotel. Every seat will filled. Obviously everyone showed up for class. And at $90/ hour I'm not surprised they can fill the room
