Base seniority/progression info

1 Day- 46%
2 Day- 46%
3 Day- 7.2%
4 Day- 0.9%
That’s the percentage of trips by days so yes much much fewer 3 and 4 day options.
As to your second part. I’m just waking up from a redeye. I don’t mind them at all since they are somewhat commutable. I don’t try to avoid them but I would say it’s going to take a while. If that’s not your thing Vegas is not the base for you.

OK, just so anyone outside F9 is wondering. THIS CHANGES FREQUENTLY! There is no rhyme or reason. There is absolutely NO consistency for percentage of 1, 2, 3 or 4 day trips for any particular base. One month could be mostly multi day trips and the next month hardly any. This goes for EVERY base. If you're making decisions based on this primarily - first of all, you're stupid - but you will be dissapointed.

The only consistency is inconsistencies

I've been here for 8 months and when I'm flying and I notice that it's daytime, the captain and I will usually say "feels weird that we're flying and it's daylight" Hate to break it to you, but you'll be flying redeyes for most of your trips. They're honestly not bad, and like someone said previously, if you're a commuter it's actually kinda nice.

That sounds surprising because I have 2 friends who were in my class in January, and they are still on reserve in Vegas. They are close to holding but still haven't gotten a line, and they waived everything. Could be possible they aren't bidding correctly.
I know a couple of guys below them got a line because apparently they had MIL leave or some kind of leave in place which lowered their monthly minimum. This was for August I believe.

Coming from a regional with 4 day commutable trips, I was disappointed with my schedule as a newer line holder in PHL. Some trips are commutable on one end, but rarely both. Even as a line holder you’ll either need a crash pad or plan on spending lots of $ on hotels due to the 1 and 2 day trips. The nice thing is that you can drop/swap to get a few trips in a row to minimize your time spent commuting.
