This. It's only open to new hires, essentially to give them the same training the pilot group got back when PBS started. However, PBS trainers are willing and able to help you with your bid one-on-one. It's just a DART away. No one is missing out on anything.

Hi all, I can't seem to find a straight forward answer for this, but how did the company treat you during COVID?
Did pay get dropped across the board?
Did newhires get put on the street?
Were early retirements offered?
How might you think the company would respond to a recession or COVID 2.0 in regard to the pilot group?

I saw that upgrades and hiring froze which is to be expected, but I'm just wondering how it might be for a new hire in the next couple of months if the music does stop again, thank you.

With the new realignment bid that came out, adding a bunch more FO and captain slots in Vegas, do we project the reserve time to go down, or are they just shifting Denver flying to LAS and eventually PHX bases?

Anyone have the current time to hold a line in LAS since DOH?

The numbers I posted previously still hold true but yes they are about to change dramatically as you know. Technically they could have just added 30 more reserve spots that were in Miami previously. Unlikely. We won’t actually know until November itself and I will have the most recent numbers updated in about a week.

Updated numbers. They will change somewhat dramatically in 2 months with PHX opening.

I know that one guy snuck into DEN CA via the base trade, but are you sure that's right? 2017 hire?

Currently, 15+ years DEN captains are being displaced

I think he’s basing it off the seniority list (ie status as of 8/1) vs the latest award.
