100/hr and 50k new hire loans. Smells of desperation. Blood is in the water and there will be nothing left but to negotiate with us and we cannot let this pass us up. They need pilots to grow this airline and if they cant grow it they wont make money, we have to get all we can with this next CBA.

Bull. We decide what compensation package we get. Anything less than JetBlue or Alaska better not even make it to a vote.
These recent first year pay bumps and bonus programs indicate the company recognizes they’ve got a massive problem. We better be ready to take advantage.

Sadly I have flown with a few that saw the Spirit rates and thought that would be great. God help us.

What do they think of Delta rates? must be some sort of unicorn i guess and they wont ever hope to get close because "we are a ULCC" this mindset needs to change.
