The NOV class was coming anyway, before the loan showed up. Some in that class reportedly refused the money too. So one class worth of new hires and they're already raising it? Something tells me it isn't working as planned.

Yes, first year pay raises has probably worked. It's the "we will fix the attrition with our well planned bonus (loan) program" that cracked me up, when it was first announced, then when they botched the rollout and now again raising it when it was never going to work in the first place. Can't imagine the timing of the increase is coincidental with the NK TA being ratified.

That’s relative. Filling them is fine. Who are we filling them with? I think that’s why we’re seeing this. The company must not like what they’re seeing in the “pool” or who they’re having to extend offers to in order to fill classes.
