I think that we will see a small displacement from every base to open Chicago and Cincinnati.

With the small amount of growth we're seeing, it's going to have to be from all current bases to finish filling CLE and then to bring up the 2 new ones. I think it's going to be a considerable amount of displacements. Hopefully mostly voluntary, but I have my doubts.

Would be more volunteers for Chicago if they hadn’t all already left for UAL. This is just a joke - close the base and turn all those pilots’ worlds upside down, pushing a majority of them to a competitor, just to reopen it two years later. What a monumental screw-up.

I'm sure we will get a signed apology from BB in docunet any time now.

They pretty well took care of CLE in a single swing of the axe. Not sure we will see too many more sizeable displacements for CLE. But I think we will see a wide spread of small displacements for CVG and Chicago

I would say more like a monumental FU to the pilot group.

This. There was never a reduction of flying in Chicago, just massive growth after the shift to MDW. There was never a need to close CHI down, and that is evident by the fact that they kept the FA domicile. This company has made it clear before, that spite is a factor in its decision making, not always money.

I think that NDA they tried to get union to sign says everything I need to know about the company.

All of us that have been here for years already know who they are. 😂
Absolutely no surprise.
