Is Upgrade Worth It?
With 14 years remaining in my career, is being a junior CA worth it at frontier? It's hard to even know what the junior base will be. SJU? CLE? CVG? L08? (Coming fall of 2024)
I also have less and less confidence that I can hold PHX as a CA in 14 years since many use it for a safe haven on their displacement bids. Most CA's I fly with are from Denver anyway and they always have many years with the company. If I can grab an upgrade in the next five years I think I will be commuting for the rest of my career. Hopefully a new contract in the coming years will bump FO pay a bit so it's not so painful.

You are clearly not happy here. Do you want to spend the next 14 years here? or just try to leave. I suggest leaving if it is this bad for you.
14 years left you can upgrade at 6 years and still have a decent QOL for the remainder of your career.
The decision is up to you, but maybe ask yourself why you are so unhappy and if going elsewhere would truly make you happier than where you are now. (assuming you live in base at both airlines, etc etc etc and stuff is the same)
