I'm being for real.
How does a pilot revolt at F9? Flying the contract is NOT revolting...and even if that singular item was, it's impossible to get 2200+ people to do only that. You probably can't get 220 people to do that.
So, what's the next (realistic) option?

I agree with “Fly the contract”. You SHOULD pickup premium. We should aim for as much premium as possible. The goal is premium. You’re getting paid more money to do the same job. (Not at the same rates as the legacies). Or, you can work less with a premium trip. Either way.
it’s some of this other stuff that people are doing. Some of the straight pay flying some of these guys do is well above and beyond.

yes. This means, don’t do anything above and beyond. Do your job exactly. Anything else (“revolt”) is a work action and will not help us at all. Fly, go home. Extend….? Your call…. Remind ATL that you are still waiting for a gate…? Your call. But fly the contract. Nothing more.

Not advocating any work action whatsoever. Just a history lesson since you must be new to the ULCC industry. In the second quarter of 2017, Spirit pilots were blamed for over 800 cancelled flights which cost the company ~ 45 mill $. They got their contract shortly there after. Yes, ALPA got sued, but the pilots got their contract. That was the reason Biffle had to "overpay" for yours.

that same idiot management that gave pilots that contract were also the brains behind their current bankruptcy.
I don’t think using spirit as the standard is gonna give frontier and the other ULCC pilots any comfort.
