You obviously didn't read the last offer. It was a joke. It was a pay it for several and the last offer by the union was more than reasonable. I might have even called it generous to the company.

The point is, you are a regional pilot. Get in, get your time, and move on. It's not everyone else's fault you just had to fly a shiny 170 for crap pay. You signed up for it. Don't like it? Quit and go fly a turboprop.

The days of getting your time at a regional and moving on don't really exist anymore. Just look at the amount of hiring at the legacies for the last decade. It is your attitude towards this profession that has allowed the race to the bottom to continue. If you want to get stuck making poverty wages for the next great recession, then work for the bottom feeder with the fastest upgrade, then watch it turn into a decade. This attitude towards "just get your time" is very short sited.

You are a regional pilot at a bottom of the barrel company. RAH pilots should just shut up and take the company offer. Its the best you're ever going to get. The quicker the Toonsters realize that it's nothing more than a stepping stone airline and pull their heads outta their asses, the better. Get your time and move on now that real airlines will be hiring. Remember, there's only so many seats available at the grown up table, so don't bother with trying to fix the kiddie table.

Regional pilots should not consider their airline as a stepping stone. THey should fight with all their might to make it a career airline. Your thought process is the reason why we have low paying, miserable regional airlines (and Bscale operations).

RAH guys and gals fight this bastard reverend. He his getting rich off your coat tails. His family never has to worry about food, medicine or retirement. On the other-hand, he makes life miserable for you.
