I believe that a deal will be done. By not announcing today, that says the investor is still very interested in F9.
These questions could've been asked a year or 2 ago and the same answer was given then as now.

You are right! We received a letter from BB yesterday to please give up our equity stake so we can have a job. Last week Siegel tried to blame the flight crews for not giving up our equity stake as well. Managements true colors are coming out and the greed is totally obvious. "hey give up what you invested and you will have a job". What is the management team willing to give up? Nothing!

It appears to me that the pilot and flight attendant groups are not going to cave in. Everybody is p***ed off, which for once I truly believe that we are united on this front. Let's see what happens.

My favorite part was the letter to the non-union workers saying that if we (the pilots and flight attendants) gave up our equity stake, they'd get pay raises, 401k match, and a cash bonus.

Did they come? What did they say? I imagine it might have been something like "we're working through the courts to destroy your seniority, and here's your sign up card to join us".

Expect more of the same from BB and company. They will continue to ask for more and at some point will go public with it to make the high cost labor groups look bad.

I have been out of the loop for some time. Aren't Frontier pilots still represented by FAPA or is it all IBT now?

I believe it depends on your definition of the word "represent".

In the eyes of the law, but not in actuality, we have been represented by IBT for about 2 years now. Hopefully that will change soon.

Bolo,
I hate say this but "told you so" fits right in. All these people know id cut cut cut.. BB sent us a letter balming us and our smear campaing because Mesa got the 40 175s for united. Of course, he left out evem larger order by Skywest that is compensated better than us.

I wish you all luck, because these people will never stop asking for more and more.

Blue skies..

Does someone come in on day one of Indoc and teach whining? Do you ever give it a rest?
