From what I gather Shy FFT is in the process of being broken off from RAH but it's still not complete. Someone from FFT correct me if I am wrong. From what I have read about the seniority list issue I hear some RAH guys are fighting to get dibs on the openings, but it will likely not hold. Again, someone correct me if I am wrong.

After the sale we go to the NMB and allege a representation dispute. At that point Frontier will have zero link to RAH. Indigo will own 100% of the airline and there is no management overlap, no schedule overlap, no bidding overlap, nothing. IF the NMB agrees we will have an election and restore FAPA as our bargaining unit.
The IMSL has not been used to fill any vacancies at any of the airlines to date and it will not be used to fill any vacancies prior to the consummation of the sale. It is simply a list of names that never had any meaning or practical application. If we succeed at the NMB the IMSL will still be a part of the CHQ CBA but the F9 pilots will be removed.
We will find out if this all works in the very near future.

Sale isn't complete but it will be soon. Every piece of the puzzle is done except for possibly one and that one doesn't have to be completed prior to the closing of the sale.

There are no former lynx pilots at F9 unless some of have been hired recently but once again they are interviewing and being hired and they will start at the bottom based upon DOH.
The IMSL has never been used to fill a vacancy at F9.

The info is all there, it just takes some of your time to sift through it rather than have someone else sift through it and give you the cliff notes or state all of the previously discussed items once again.
I don't wish to seem unhelpful, but if you want the job, it's up to you to take the time to research it, not ask to have it spoon fed to you.
Also, you may form different conclusions than that of the person who provides the synopsis.
