Would any F9 guys be willing to post retirement numbers for the next few years?

Default Frontier Hiring.

Off the top of my head maybe two or three a year average. Some may opt out early but not very many. Somebody will post the correct numbers for you.

Never mind that even though they're well qualified, there are thousands of apps that look just as good, if not better.

All I can say is keep your chin up, keep applying, keep your nose clean, and keep networking! We're just getting started on this wave.
I randomly put my stuff in at F9 a month or two ago and hadn't heard anything...today I got an e-mail offering me a chance to interview at Republic Airways

I wasn't expecting to hear anything from F9, considering I only have 2500 TT, 400 TPIC, and my last 121 flight was in 2009...but apparently Republic doesn't seem to care.

Default Interview Next week

Hi all,

I got a call out of the blue for an interview next week. It was a long shot for me, but I'd love to end up at Frontier. Couple of questions...

1. Has the process changed any from the gouge Jughead gave earlier?

2. How many do they usually hire from the group interviewing?

3. How long is the wait for a thumbs up or thumbs down?

Thanks and I'm really excited about the chance to interview!

Can anyone who has been hired recently fill me in on the training contract. Is it prorated? When does it start, when do you sign it, hire date or compilation of training?

I went through yesterday.

Process hasn't changed. Don't get locked up on specific questions, they change them, as you would expect. But ours weren't too cosmic or in the weeds. Basic general knowledge in my panel, and I know I botched at least one, but I'm not a bs'r, I know or I don't.

They didn't give any stats on percentages. I believe its not as high as some airlines per interview group, but it looks like they are selecting with an emphasis on protecting the corporate culture with pilots who "fit" as opposed to other metrics some carriers focus on. Which I appreciate, that's the biggest reason I want to be there in the first place. I wouldn't get too wrapped up on stats, you got the invite, they want to meet you. Go in, lay it on the line, and do your best.

They indicated we would hear from them in a few days with a yes or no. I don't know if that applies to each interview group though. They'll tell you what to expect at the end of day gathering, if I recall.

It was my only Airline interview experience and it was a very positive one. If I don't make the cut I'm still glad I got to go and meet them, really restored some faith after the last decade we've all trudged through.

I'd say just be yourself and let them get to know you. Best of Luck!

Is there a published Airbus delivery schedule anywhere for Frontier? Also, is Indigo taking the Bombardier CS300 orders from Republic as well? When the Bombardier order was made I read they were supposed to be A319 replacements for Frontier.
