Any suggestion of how long it would take to hold MCO?

Anyone who wouldn't mind giving me some bullet points about the company would be greatly appreciated. I've read the pay rates and outlook for a new TA, but that's about all I've gathered from the last ~50 pages.

Sounds like a great place to work......

I got a call from HR yesterday... I Might just keep my corporate job for now.. I make as much as a 10 year PIC.... What to do!?!?.....

If you are desperate to move on/live in one of our bases I'd consider it. The training contract doesn't help your situation. My guess is that it isn't really legally enforceable and management is betting on people just paying it. The "two year upgrade" smells and sounds like what our CEO probably punishes his toilet with multiple times a day.
