i literally got the "thanks but no thanks", until the old CEO and Director of training sent my app in and immediately got a call for an interview. i currently make more than a 3 year FO so its gonna be hard to take a pay cut but i think it may be a good career move into the future. oh well best of luck guys

Any suggestion of how long it would take to hold MCO?

Anyone who wouldn't mind giving me some bullet points about the company would be greatly appreciated. I've read the pay rates and outlook for a new TA, but that's about all I've gathered from the last ~50 pages.

Thanks!

- Crap pay and contract.

- No new TA in sight.

- Bad hotels.

- The operation sucks.

- Still a fair amount of company men here.

- Red eye flying is almost impossible to avoid.

Be prepared to stand around for hours and kiss ass harder than you ever have. After all that they still probably won't hire half the people that show up. Good luck!

If you are desperate to move on/live in one of our bases I'd consider it. The training contract doesn't help your situation. My guess is that it isn't really legally enforceable and management is betting on people just paying it. The "two year upgrade" smells and sounds like what our CEO probably punishes his toilet with multiple times a day.
Buyer Beware!

2 years and 8 months. Since the company likes to round numbers we can call it a 3 year upgrade.
