Unfortunately I don't see where we have any leverage to force the process along any faster. The company will continue to show up unprepared and without proposals. Does it build our case for them not negotiating in good faith? yeah sure but it doesn't mean we will see a contract soon either. They don't have ANY incentive to give up the cheapest Airbus labor in the world. We took LOA 67 to Arbitration so we will see when we get a ruling on that. SouthWest got a great deal and retro but their contract took 3 years?

Hopefully you have your stuff in at United and Delta. I know tons of military guys here at United that were hired with very similar experience, and Delta is even more accommodating. Good luck to you!

I assume that our NC will be asking for retro pay. There are a lot of details that were left out from that email. It was just basic bullet points.
Spirits pay proposal to the union is a 4 year deal. Top of scale FOs to make 128 at date of sign and rise to 142 by year 4.
Top of scale captains to make 200 and rise to 232 by year 4.
First year FO starts at 40.
Again, those rates are what the company is proposing. I don't know what the union has asked for.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe longer than 6 months if you want ORD (base size maxed out bc we can't get more gates), less than six months if you take DEN (most of upgrades coming from there, creating movement), less than six months if you take MCO (base still growing). All subject to change of course, and I believe we will open a new base in 2017 which will greatly shake things up (your guess is as good as anyone's on where the new base will be)!
