Just speaking in general terms, I think attrition has averaged ~3.25/mo. since beginning of March. I have no idea prior to that. I'd be willing to bet half or more were retirements. Looks like dos left in June: It appears one of those was probably a retirement, and one for some other reason.

Yes, attrition is but a trickle. I believe that since Frontier started hiring last fall, 2 or 3 new guys have left. I know one went to Delta and one went to United. Since Frontier started hiring in Sept of last year, we have hired around 150-160. Frontier is obviously hiring for growth, not attrition.

Aero - any rumblings of more interviews / classes? I've not heard anything beyond the July 30 class. The old rumor back in the spring was there would be an April class (came true) and then none for summer (didn't come true - we actually had one in June and one IS scheduled for July) and the rumor called for a couple classes in the fall. Wonder if the fall ones are being planned - or did the summer ones take there place?
Once the airline is staffed for the higher aircraft utilization we are experiencing under the new model, we will need actual deliveries to warrant more hiring, no? But then again, even though attrition is a trickle, we'll still need about 40 new-hires a year to just cover this trickle. 3.25 X 12 = 39

I don't really know anything about any future classes, although I know that the application window is open right now.
There are rumors that we are getting 2 new planes in the next two months. I say, we damn well better be getting more planes because the planned growth out of Cleveland and Dulles will require some more airframes. There is a huge push to up the utilization, but I can't possibly imagine how we could do those new focus cities without more airplanes. We already brought back a bunch of redeyes.
The original hiring story was that we would stop over the summer and then resume hiring in the fall. We have hired throughout the summer, so I really don't know. I know that we are looking for good deals on used A320s though. Hiring may depend on how many good deals we can find.
