Has anyone seen any actual flow numbers? Seems they made a big deal about it, but then haven’t provided any actual results.

Are new hires being informed at the interview that Spirit is denying GoJet pilots interviews because of the “flow”

If this new TA passes Spirit might be a good place to get a free type rating.

There was a Facebook post today showcasing someone who went to Spirit. I've heard at least 4 a month. The only reason I've heard for people not going is if they fail the talent test. New hires are interviewed jointly for GoJet and Spirit.

So all new hires have to do is stay as an FO for 2 years and they flow? Is it really that simple? Are the assessments just for curent pilots?

The assessment test is for all pilots (similar to Hogan), new hires have already completed the interview. Anyone who was on property when the program went into effect has to Interview.

Any updates on the Spirit flow? How many have gone? How many failed the personality inventory? Any new hires with interview gouges regarding the Spirit program?

They keep this a big secret for some reason. So far no official word form the company as to how many if any have actually flowed.
Smoke and mirrors .............. more lies for recruiters to tell people anything to get them in class.
With so many other options out there, I can't see ANY reason to come to GoJet at this time.

Seems to be what every regional forum is saying except Endeavor haha. Everyone loves their companies so much.
