So i decided to talk a friend in the recruiting dept here at GoJet, and here's the latest info on the flow.
Seriously guys, if you want to know anything about the flow, just talk to the recruiters. He stressed that nothing is a secret about the program and to feel to talk to even the head of recruiting.
We started sending pilots to spirit Nov 2017, there were NO classes in Dec:
10 pilots have gone to training so far
11 pilots are on deferral or the recruitment department is waiting on final application submission.
These pilots have had to interview and pass a talent assessment test for Spirit, new hires after the program was started need not interview.

Have class numbers increases since Spirit TA was announced????
Spirit just ratified that very TA today 70%. With GoJets 2 year flow to Spirit (no interview) means full/more seats with butts at the GoJet NH classes going forward

Totally disagree with this part! It’s like asking a person looking for a new car to have a discussion with a thirsty salesman whether or not it’s a good idea to buy a new car. You know the truth will get stretched.
It’s like Envoy posting on FB that flow is 6yrs. What they are telling aspirants, applicants, and NH’s. ALPA Union Rep has to correct them publicly on FB that “Flow is 9yrs” projection currently for a NH at Envoy, not the 6yrs recruiting is spewing. It was a 6yr flow 2 years ago, not anymore. 3-4yrs is a big difference in FACTS. If the information was not out, FACTS could not be checked. Vital information to get does Into one making serious career decisions.
Imagine a shinny eyed career seeking, new to 121 aspirant calling to speak to the Recruiting Department asking for “Flow” data. If it’s not a secret then they should make it public information! Official statements and releases. Not a phone call to recruiters to hear from them only. No accountability over the phone for false statements that lures a poor NH into making a decision he/she didn’t realize was false lure tactic.

If the flow is really working and an incentive then why wouldn’t the company want to highlight that? Don’t you think the names and class dates would be published in that ridiculous “wings and things” newsletter or at least something on the FB page.
These “facts” are coming from a recruiter, who’s job it is to fill seats by whatever means necessary. I’m sure they aren’t lying exactly, but maybe not being completely honest either.
Kind of like me telling a girl she could become a model if she lets me take nude pictures of her. Is it possible? Sure, why not? But it’s about as likely as GoJet new hire flowing to Spirit in 2 years.

We average about 40-45 new vacancy every month for FO’s. How many of those new hires have to come from GJ, I have no idea. No one at Spirit that I’ve talked to seem to have the answers. I would assume more pilots are interested in coming over since the TA passed.
