Default Prior 121 Experience Pay Scale?

Could someone explain Gojet's new pay scale adjustment for someone with prior 121 experience? Does it exist or are people confusing Gojet with Expressjet?

take your current years at a 121 and your pay is based on that longevity. If you have been at XYZ for 3 years, you will come over at FO 3rd year pay. We are hiring street captains again as well and it does apply there too. You must be currently flying 121. PM me if you would like more information.

So let me make sure I understand. I have been flying 5 years left seat at a Part 121. So I can come over to GoJets as as a street captain at 5 Year Captain Pay?

Or you could go to Endeavor, get captain in Training and make more than a GoJet 5 year captain.
And not be used as a reserve FO (with captain pay)

Edit: just noticed Envoy is offering $45,000 signing bonus for people with atleast 600hrs 121 time.

Endeavor and Envoy (with the proposed bonus, which I wasn't aware of) are definitely something to consider. Endeavor is supposedly upgrading during or within months of initial training. GoJet you are paid as a CA from day one, but you will fly some as an FO. Personally I don't care which seat I'm in, but I understand that some may.

Direct entry captain is possible. No "longevity" pay becaue you are not currently employed at a 121/135 commuter.

15,000 bonus
Plus 1st year Captain pay is between 63-72k (gross) depending on how much open time you pick up.
Additional bonuses for type ratings

Here are all the current bonuses:

6K @ 1 YEAR

NEW HIRE DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN BONUS

$15,000 PAID OVER 1 YEAR

ALSO OUR NEW & IMPROVED “EXPERIENCE MATCH PROGRAM” IS AS FOLLOWS

I.E WE NOW INCLUDE COMPANIES LIKE MOUNTAIN AIR CARGO, CAPE AIR, AIR CHOICE ONE FOR THE EXP MATCH.

UP TO 6 MONTHS EARLY SENIORITY (If presently employed)

1:1 LONGEVITY MATCH

$5,000 PAID OVER FIRST 3 MONTHS OF TRAINING

What if someone has been flying 121 for 20 years and leaves for Gojet, will he come over on 20 year pay. I know it is not likely but Skywest and Expressjet limit their longevity to 10 years. What does Gojet or the others who are now offering this do?
