What does being in St. Louis have anything to do with the company being cheap? TWA was based in St. Louis, were they cheap?

Appearances and reality are two totally different things. As of now, we are only growing by two or three air-frames with the 550s. Or something like that. We are loosing the Delta flying. I wouldn't call that growth. There are other regionals who are growing much faster. IE ExpressJet... at the moment.

Gojet doesn't have any sort of exclusive agreement with United to fly the CRJ 550. Just more BS from a group of people who struggle to keep their airline staffed. Skywest has told investors that they are ready to operate the CRJ 550 if United expands the program beyond what Gojet is planned to operate.
The 550 was announced one year ago. That’s an eternity. As of now, I haven’t heard anyone else announce they’ll be operating it. It’s a hot product. If I was SkyWest, I’d tell my investors the same thing! But I’d expect some raised eyebrows behind “if”. |

United is awarding G7 20 more for a total of 74. The pilot bonuses are aggressive to include experience match in some cases. The flying and growth are there.

This is what I heard for the first time yesterday. I have yet to see a company memo yet though. So it looks like we are growing now!
