He clearly said he worked at Compass, not GoJet. Did you actually read what he said? Both airlines had the same management teams, so that experience is relevant. Sick burn though, I guess.
If you don't work there or intend on working there, why do you choose to spend your free time defending GoJet?
Funny how you say he needs a better hobby, but you spend your time being a shill for a company that you have no relationship with? But you're also wealthy and retired? Sure, that sounds convincing.
I'd bet money that you and yd5u are the same person. Friendly feedback: you're not doing a very good job at presenting a coherent narrative.

"No one in the? right mind should come to to this dumpster fire".
You're correct, he never indicated he works there. Also correct, I'm yb74h or who ever you say. Go ahead, bet money on that one. That's a solid win for you.
Still not sure where the drama comes from about me defending Gojet or anyone. Couldn't care either way. Looks like you need to go back and do some re-reading yourself.
Let the butthurt advocating continue. Clearly, somthing in your past has you a bit triggered..
Peace..

I’m in flight training currently about to take my commercial check ride. Airlines are my path and have always been a dream of mine. I came to this site to gain some insight into the regional world. I have to say I am really disappointed in a lot of the posts from pilots on here. This is a dream job for a lot of people and I hear nothing but complaints. Don’t get me wrong, I understand every job has its negatives and some companies are better than others to work for. But, how about a little perspective here folks? You’re flying jets and getting paid. Maybe it’s not glamorous or exactly where you want to be at the moment...but still one of the coolest jobs out there. I am fortunate enough to have worked in another industry for 20 years before deciding to go to flight school and I have seen the same types of people over the years in that industry. Nothing but bad things to say. If being a regional airline pilot is so bad (not specific to gojet forum), then leave and find something else that makes you happy. No one is stuck. I appreciate the factual information I get here...but the whining and non-stop badmouthing is terrible.

Because we’re trained professionals, and should be treated as such. Taking the first jet job because it’s cool and fun should be looked at as bonus perks. For some people GoJet makes sense. But it’s not like it was 25 years ago where you sold your soul to fly a beach 1900 to build time. There are several good options available today. Choose wisely. And hopefully down the road you will still feel good about your decision
