I haven't heard of that being an issue. Flights haven't cancelled or anything.

And not being able to staff flying is why companies hire, no??

Good one.

G7 is the only airline that has douchebags at it. We're the only ones that have our pilots walk through terminals with earbuds in, backpacks on, and three pounds of gel in our hair. Just us......nobody else.

Someone just told me GoJets pilots can't jumpseat on Mesaba...is that true? And, what is the story with staffing at GoJets?

True, unless it's changed recently but I don't think it has.

Funny thing....I've never witnessed that....by ANY airline pilot.

I wonder where that stigma came from.

You changed your response so my question is to your original statement.

Are all the recent Trans States guys going over there with pref hiring d-bags for using the protection in the new contract that ALPA negotiated for?

I understand the frustration with GJ but in 5 or 10 years is it really going to matter anymore? With the pref hiring, ALPA has now condoned going to GJ. Not that ALPA's position on the matter is my or your guiding judgment, but it does mean a little something.
