King,
Your overall labor is cheaper. Your most sr CA on property is probably from 04, unlike ASA. Plus benefits, which I assume are better at ASA

I think you need to look past what the hourly pay rate is. Lets compare contracts, duty rigs, etc. Then we can judge who's bigger.

i think you mean - are we going to be getting paid turbo prop wages for flying the 900. that's a more important question.

our current pay scale is for a/c that have 55-80 seats.

So what you are saying is that say Joe the Plumber wants to start a new airline and contract out as a DCI carrier. It is unfair since he does not pay his pilots 20 year pay. So Joe being the nice guy and wants to play on a level field should pay higher wages so as not to be competition to ASA or whomever. Airlines are a cutthroat business the faster you learn that the better off you will be. List of defunct airlines of the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Great pay and the highest of respect from all other airline pilots. I'd say it's a dream job. Well just look how much Trans States guys/girls would like to thank you for bringing respect to the crazy industry.
Good thing is once all you eager FOs get some time and maybe an upgrade Falcon Air is always looking for some good people.

You know if all you people really care about your profession then you might want to get together and make ONE union. Sure the airlines don't want this and it would be tough. Do it! Our profession is the worst when it comes to experience. No other profession on earth takes a reduction in pay just to start over. Who wants to start ONE UNION?????????

Hasnt that already been done? You know that one union that you guys deviated around? You guys proved why one union will never happen because people have their own agendas.
