Why bother with negotiations? Everyone is just there to get in, get their time and get out, right?
Seriously, best of luck - and I hope another alter ego company isn't formed to undercut you guys. (I mean, it can't happen again, can it?)

You do realize that your airline was created because of this exact set of circumstances. The only way it moves quickly is if you vote in another crap contract. I'm sorry, but hearing gojetsss and negotiations is just extremely ironic when your sole existance is based off of a contract hulas didn't want to pay for....
There. Now we sound the same amount of smart intellect.
There are 5 S's in gojetsssss. Count em.

The truth....the truth is GoJet is growing and allowing for pilot movement. Attrition and recent growth has allowed for seniority to be gained in a short amount of time. New FOs, at this point, are off of reserve in a matter of months. Pilots routinely work half of the month if not less.
More truths....negotiations have just opened. The fact that our current contract leaves so much to be desired would be cause for multiple improvements. G7 employs 500 pilots and that number continues to grow. We've even heard talks of a bridge program with UAL.
