GoJet circumvented Trans States Airlines collective bargaining agreement. Any pilot who goes to work for GoJet is simply saying, "Yes, we know, that's okay with us. It's okay to cheat other pilots out of what is rightfully theirs." And don't give me any of that, "Well, the court said otherwise" crap. Damn what the court said.
No Mod can disagree with this fact.
You're welcome.
Also, note vagabond's Mod note. Continued discussion about my DOH at Trans States would be a direct violation of her directive, so I shall refrain from further off-topic banter. If you wish to continue this conjecture, please make an appointment with my secretary. Or alternatively, contact me directly.

Sorry for my digress, but if the mods won't stop you TSA guys from the constant banter at people trying to have a legitimate conversation, especially those of you that chose to go to TSA AFTER GJs inception, then I'll call you out for throwing stones from your glass house. Your not a bad person for working at TSA, but you have NO right whatsoever to say the GJs operation is any worse than TSA. I know, because I'm a 6 year TSA alum, and that place is as bad to work at as any; The only thing that made it bearable, were the crews, but you guys really make TSA pilots look like a bunch of whiny little brats with your posts. You chose to come into Huli's house after it had hit an all time low, but still whine about things that did not directly effect you, unless you were there when it all went down.
Digress off... I've made my point and now I concede.

Best of luck with your career, whatever company you choose to work for; We all need it!

You mean like all your other posts, right?

Technically, all of my posts have been on topic since, after all, the topic is GoJet. And I'm not the one who chose to violate vagabond's directive AFTER she made it. All of posts you quoted, less the last one, were made before the Mod note.

Just wanted to stick my head in here for a moment and report back as I threatened to do, if I can dodge all the swinging purses.
Interviewed yesterday. Six guys, I was certainly the youngest and probably the least experienced at mid 30s and ~7000 hours. 4 were former 121...1 ex-CMR, 1 ex-World, 1 ex-Ryan, and one who I gathered had flown RJs for quite a while some time ago and had been military prior to that. One 135 charter jet C/A and me. Interview was with the hiring manager and a senior F/O...very much as advertised, just a "get to know you" conversation, very pleasant and laid back.
Got an email hiring me into a pool the same day. As of now, the word is the next class will be in August, but of course I'd imagine that could change at the drop of a hat. Obviously, for my part, I'll have to see how the upgrade situation looks when a class is offered, but I had a fine experience and didn't see any indication of poor morale or unhappy employees. YMMV.
Thanks to everyone who helped with information along the way.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming....*ding ding*

An interview with "get to know you" type questions? Wow, maybe it's just me but an interview should be an in depth knowledge/ personality/ decision making process. Not a ho hum so, tell me about a time you had to fight your way out of a wet paper bag type of questions.

Yup. Same guys who consider Sesame Street and Blue's Clues as 'educational'.
