The old C.P. was from the group that started G7. He is infamous for creating the fear culture that used to be present amongst the pilot group. That "fired for not wearing your hat" mentality even seeped to the FA side. That has since changed as he was put back on the line. The new C.P. is a fairly standup guy. There are countless horror stories though about the old C.P. that when I've ran into him on a crew swap I cringe inside. The comment about the airline being Comair 2.0 though is spot on.
