This isn't the first incident where this has happened, and it won't be the last. It already happened in the military where after being directed to cease non-duty social media public relations activity until a new social media policy was formulated and distributed, some commanders tried to tell their subordinates that it was illegal for them to make personal use of social media.
Oh great another political thread. I’m sure minds will be changed. Isn’t there another spot on this forum for folks that want to argue about politics?

glad we can call an objectively orange person by a slew of names now, though.
There is no such thing as misgendering. So how can there be harassment?

that’s not the question. the question is can you harass someone by using one different than they prefer, and the answer is yes.

hypothetically, if I was your boss or coworker and constantly referred to you as a different gender from your preference as a way to mock or hurt you, it would be harassment.

What they prefer is irrelevant. I am not going to call someone a gender they are not. That is not harassment, that is telling the truth.

do you inspect the genitals of your coworkers, or do you just go by appearances and social constructs of what men and women look like?

What is it with you guys and your strong fixation on inspecting genitals? Like AOC claiming that we will have guards in front of elementary school bathrooms inspecting genitals of children before entering. Geez, get a grip.

Just because you have gender dysphoria doesn’t mean I have to subscribe. You do you but you have ZERO right to impose your beliefs on me. Thank you very much.

only because you want there to be in your social structure. in other societies, there have been a lot more fluid views of gender representation. for instance many polynesian and native diné recognize third and even fourth gender representations, even within the sex binary

True. But that's biological deviation. We evolved as two biological sexes, there a few species with some evolved variability on that but we are not one of them.

Absolutely. Just don't expect me to jump through my arse on a daily basis to create some fantasy universe where everything and everybody is questioning and fluid.
