Are you a First Officer working for a part 121carrier?
I’m Dr. Karol Maybury an aviation psychology researcher from the University of Maine; we’re conducting an anonymous survey of flight deck dynamics between Captains and First Officers.
This 5 minute, anonymous online study is the third in our series on real-world CRM and flight deck dynamics.
We're seeking active FO’s ideas on how they would respond during a final approach when the Captain, PF, runs into trouble.
The scenario is based on an actual cockpit report and has been reviewed by active commercial pilots for realism.
The link is below.
As a thank you, participants are invited to a drawing for two $50 Sporty’s gift certificates.
Thank you and Fly Safe!
