Dumb CFI question
#1
I was curious if there is a 'right' way to fill out your logbook as a CFI after flying with students. What is everyone's style or approach to doing this? What do you cover in the entry?

I wrote whatever was covered in the STUDENT'S logbook in some detail.
After instructing for some time, in my logbook, generally entries such as : "First Flight"or "Intro Flight", "Prep for Solo" "Cross Country Prep", followed by "Prep for Private", "Recommended for Private Pilot", "IFR Prep", "Comm'l Prep", "ATP Prep", "BFR - Full Name- Cert #XXXXX", "IPC- Full Name", "Lndg/IFR/Currency Training", "Tailwheel Trng", "61.31x endorsement", "XX-### Checkout", etc.
