Out of all the narrowbody jets i've flown on, the -300 seems to have a sh*t load more power than other 737 types and even the 320 series, but the 319 comes close.
The -900 is a little longer than the -800 and holds a few more people. From the cockpit you can't tell the difference from the -700/-800/-900. CAL is putting winglets on all the -700's and -800's but not the -900's, not sure why? The -300 is not overpowered as you say. The -500 is by far the most overpowered of the 737 series and it climbs like a rocket especially if it is not loaded. The -700 also has a lot of power but usually flies loaded so it is not so noticeable. Don't know anything about the airbus models.

FalconGirl is fine and hopefully will rejoin our ranks. She is taking some well deserved R&R.

Cass, I have no idea what he is talking about either, but it's apparent that gay people are on some people's minds...LOL...living where I live, one tends to not even give a person's orientation a second thought. When someone tells me that they're gay, it's like telling me that they take cream in their coffee. I really could care less. I'm not gay, but you are, so what?, it has nothing to do with me. I do realize though, and gay men in particular will point out to you, that those who aren't comfortable with who they really are, are often the ones most obsessed with what other people are.

AYE here!...(carefully removing the foot from her mouth)...Falcon Girl, I think the stars were misaligned or something yesterday. Please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding.

Dont worry about foot in mouth Skygirl, you didnt say anything wrong. The Falcon probably just had a few feathers ruffled over something else.....
