Geez Falcon, Thankgoodness youre ok, really sorry to hear about your accident. Have to watch out for the wave hoggers. I grew up on the beach in California and you see that a lot.
My sister is an avid surfer in hawaii, when she gets the wave hoggers around she says' Hey guys, its that time of the month, can you help me look for sharks?" That scatters them pretty good and she gets the wave set to herself.

Hey Wild, nice to meet you!
I didn't wake-up until I was in the ambulance, and since he gave me mouth-to-mouth I hope we wasn't a dog. Don't think I've ever seen a non-hunky lifeguard though, isn't that a prerequisite? Like firemen and pilots I think!

Well, I was placated because the VERY cute doc in the ER was just cake! MMMMMmmm!....he was coming up to my room and checking on me every chance he got too...very sweet boy that he is! He has now called me atleast 15 times since I've been home (well, I'm not at home, holed up in the hotel), just to "check on his favorite patient". I'm waiting for him to come by when he is done with his shift...told him I was craving some jamocha almond fudge with lots of hot fudge from Baskin Robbins. He sounded verrry concerned...said that could be a serious side effect (wink), so he better make a house call and bring me some as soon as possible.

Wish I felt like giving my big tangled mess of a redheaded-bedhead a good shampooing, but it stings, and I don't think I'm supposed to yet either...that big gash really stings with water. They gave me this dry shampoo stuff that's supposed to help, but it took the entire bottle to do my head just once. Urgghhh..

Hey, Falcon Girl,

Thanks for your reply...and the update...Glad you're doing better. How nice for you to have a cute doctor.....And, fortunately or unfortunately, we think sooo much alike. Pilots and firemen, hmmm?? My two favorite flavors of men!!! Hope you get that ice cream soon.....

FG, Hoping you heal up fast. Rest and up and know calcapt is keeping you in his thoughts - in a healing way! I will move my thoughts about you to the other side of my brain (the carnal side) at a later date.

FG, sorry to hear about your mishap, but I am glad to hear you are healing and will be ok. Sounds like you may have bagged a doc in the process!

That is great Cass! Kudos to Sis! For those of you who don't live in California or similar locales like Hawaii, surfers can get very territorial over waves, and often fights will break out on the beach. I've seen some nasty wave fights break out in Santa Cruz. I have some girlfriends who are avid surfers and sometimes macho surfer dudes will try to force them out of the wave. Most surfer dudes though are fairly mellow....there is always a few arseholes though in every group.
