He’s not being sarcastic about the fact that he thinks planes have become too complex to fly. A 737 MAX. Too complex to fly. I’ve flown the 737-200,300,500,700,800,900,9MAX. They are the same damned jet with newer TV’s. Is the 767 that just crashed too complex to fly?
If he was suggesting that pilots need more training and more stick and rudder skills, fine. But I for one am a BIG fan of the automation improvements in modern jets. Planes are VASTLY safer than they were 30 years ago.

I think it’s more about mods being lenient when it aligns with their own political view.

People don't understand that jet's safety features, and when they're not available, but fly it fine every day.
And the crashes are with international carriers but there are plenty of incidents on the domestic side.

I don’t think there was a reference to either side of the aisle. Facts were stated and then an opinion of who was the best president ever was given. Delete that because? That opinion differed from yours? You have many opinions that not everyone agrees with. Maybe all your posts should be deleted too.
