The law is mad that those men cheated the system. They went outside the social contract and negotiated an hourly rate on their own, instead of paying the flat contractual rate of half their stuff every 10 years like everyone else.

Agreed. Heaven forbid some poor schlub wants and needs a little physical action, denied by a frigid wife, who won't permit her husband to run away with all "her" money to a compliant, loving woman who enjoys being physical.

Choices:

1) Be celibate the rest of your life
2) Divorce, kiss your house and earnings goodbye
3) Screw around, get caught, get taken by the frigid wife and her lawyer for everything you own
4) Discretely pay for a hooker.

Items 1 through 3 are 100% legal and all suck. Item 4, a victimless crime, is illegal.
