The captain I flew with earlier this week, who decided to save himself a few minuts when he gets to the hotel by brushing his teeth in flight. in the cockpit. We were on a CDO, but Christ, really?

Or the guy who decides to finished getting dressed on the way to the airport (i.e. tie, epaulettes, wings), and coincidentally enough ends up forget his company id on one day and his cell phone on another day. Both times the hotel shuttle had to come back and get him.

No worries champ, I'll get the walkaround, interior, and load the box for ya.

On the other end of that spectrum, we were on a 28-hr. West Coast layover many years ago.

During sign-in at the hotel, when the captain announced what the van time would be the next afternoon, one of the F/A's began whining about why we had to leave the hotel so early, and couldn't we leave 20 minutes later?

On a 28-hr. layover.

Actually, you're ALL a bunch of tools on this thread, checking religiously to see if anyone else is more of a tool than you. You all think you're Snow White, but you're actually the evil stepmother: "...tool thread, APC tool thread on the web, who is the least toolish of them all?"

Of course, you may be tools, but you're my favorite bunch of tools.

And me, I'm just here as the one and only neutral observer, of course.

Happy Holidays, tools!
