It is a variation of an exchange between Winston Churchill and a female Member of Parliament.

"You, sir, are drunk."
"Yes, madam, and you are ugly. And in the morning I shall be sober."

So even if his story is true, it is not original nor was it well executed.

I had this FA the other day who said "Winston, if you were my husband, I'd poison your coke."

And I said "Nancy, if I were your husband, I'd drink it."

Oh wait, my name isn't Winston... :D

Oh, the irony that the story is immediately followed by an ad for a truck driving job. Gotta laugh a little.

.au

That explains the hysteria.

European wanna be authority worshipers in a huff about something absolutely completely insignificant.

I didn't know them. Not sure what you mean by someone you can "probably" say something like that too. I didn't just throw it out there. I am in no mood to be insulted and snapped back at the passenger to make it clear i will not sit there and listen to her crap. Revenue passenger or not i WILL tell someone to shut their mouth if they start talking to me like that. If you guys want to sit there and take it because you are in uniform or representing your airline thats fine. But i didnt' spend money on a seat to listen to some old hag tell me how she feels. I feel bad for her husband because he has to wake up to that nasty face every day.

I thought you said you were a non-rev? Or did you pay some money for a buddy pass or something?
