So the guy loves what he does and shares it. Big deal. I don't find it toolish. Every single one of us has plenty of photos and probably some videos of some of the flying we've done. And if you were truly a Rhino driver I know you have your I love me space somewhere. I think you guys are being tools for picking on him. Let's move on to some real tools please.

No. He's a tool because he's putting his personal details out on the internet, filming in flight, etc. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Sooner or later (maybe) these millennials will figure out that there's very little upside to sharing every details of one's life online.

I like this:
"I'm not saying I won't go to the airlines......"
"I've got an app in at Delta, but......blah, blah"

I just hope all this seniority he's losing blogging, sitting by the pool in the DR and chasing down catering is worth it.

With 230k views on one video I guarantee he's making some coin from ads.

Posting personal info is foolish, not toolish. You have no videos of yourself in the Eagle? Just sayin. . .

Sure, but I'm not putting them on the internet. Big difference.

I guess I never felt the need to validate my career choices via the internet and effectively say "look at me, look at me, I need attention". Hey, if he's making some money via ads, great. Still think he's a tool and video is right where it belongs. JMO

I'm sure he does. But he's not posting them on the internet for all to see without hiding his identity while at the same time bashing a job he wants. Just sayin...

I get it. I'm exactly the same. But this kid gets a pass from me. He's excited about aviation and loves it. Not my style posting online videos of what I do and have done but to me it's not toolish if others do. My two cents. Now bring on the tools.

The difference of opinion may arise from military pilots' scorn for any kind of self-promotion. It's OK to think you are the ace of the base, but woe to you if you say it.

You have your opinions. I have mine. I disagree.
Nope. No love me space either.
Oh, and welcome to the TOTD club. Your little rant reply earned you an honorary membership today.
FYI: Rhino Pherret is not the driver postion. But then the folks that have been in a Rhino already know this.
