Welcome to the whole new world of pilot recruitment. It's all targeted to the YOLO generation. Anything to get them to work for free. Ryan Air has been doing this for a while now with pilot recruiters posting instagram accounts to show what an adventurous life you can live as a pilot. Forget supporting a family or funding your own retirement, just think of the adventures! YOLO

Um, yeah.......and 90-95% that APPLY are white males. TOTD......anyone who still doesn’t acknowledge that minorities and females receive preferential hiring at airlines QUITE FREQUENTLY.
