Actually, some women and minorities might have been the (gasp) most qualified applicants from time to time! The only preferential hiring goes to those who work to make themselves stand out positively.

Not having a vagina or some darker skin (but, in the not too distant past, those last two things sure would PREVENT you from being hired!)

Of course they do, that's why the chicks, gays, and blacks all have their own groups. It's a special interest to help their people get hired.

Ouch. Well the reality is at those career fairs, 90% of those who show up are male, straight, and white.

Yea I had an easy ride to getting hired. Barely qualified with thousands of hours, TPIC, multiple types, company instructor, and board member of non profit organization along with years of showing face at job fairs. Completely under qualified compared to my class mates. [emoji849] (sarcasm for those who don’t pick it up)

I know plenty of minorities still getting overlooked. Doesn’t seem all that easy for them lately.

In the middle ages they put the chicks in the DC-8 sim and pulled two engines the results were predictible.:eek: Emily at F9 got to bypass the CV-580 for that reason..
