Yea I had an easy ride to getting hired. Barely qualified with thousands of hours, TPIC, multiple types, company instructor, and board member of non profit organization along with years of showing face at job fairs. Completely under qualified compared to my class mates. [emoji849] (sarcasm for those who don’t pick it up) I know plenty of minorities still getting overlooked. Doesn’t seem all that easy for them lately. |
