I have accumulated over 3000 hours of flight time as a Marine aviator, with approximately 2750 as pilot in command. Most of this time has been in the F/A-18, however during the past two years, I have logged significant time in the Beechcraft B-200/350. My qualifications include: instructor pilot in the F/A-18 and B-350, night systems instructor, low altitude tactics instructor and air combat tactics instructor. I have attended Flight Safety International on three separate occasions for initial and recurrent training in the Beechcraft B-350. During these sessions, I completed International RVSM, International Procedures and Radar Theory classes. I am a certified Crew Resource Manager and Operational Risk Manager for flight operations.

Hello, I am a property owner in Birmingham Alabama who has a very nice but small house for rent. It is ideally suited for Pilots or any similar airport personnel flying into Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport seeking a low cost temporary living arrangement.

In the 1990s the house was rented to a Airline pilot and the arrangement worked out very well for both parties.
