I filled in all the Helo/FW/ME boxes, and it gives me more "Credit" time that my FW time with any reasonable military conversion added, but definitely not any decent amount of my Helo time.

I am a former airline pilot with about 8000 hours total time. Of the 8000 hours, almost 6000 was in transport category jets, over one half of that time as Captain. I have about 250 hours in singles; the rest of my time other than transport jets is generally light twins or the BN2A MK 111 (Trislander). I now own and fly a Beechcraft Travel Air. I was 26 when I became a captain on the 727, I am 55 at the time of this posting and have not flown an airliner in 20 years. While have no intentions to again 'fly in order to make a living' I am seriously considering getting back into the game purely for the sake of the flying itself.

I'm a guy in his early 20's who recently completed engineering school and entered the workforce, but who is interested in pursuing a career with the airlines. That is to say, I have always been interested in being an airline pilot, but now that my education is finished, I can pursue that goal much more actively.
I have a private pilot rating, and am currently working on an instrument rating. I have a little over 130 hrs.
in single engine land aircraft logged. From there I would love to get a commercial/multi rating and actually fly for a living.
I came to this forum for love of aviation, as well as advice (hopefully) from some of the veteran pilots that I know frequent here. I look forward to speaking with you.
