They look like the were taken with a 35mm camera. Everyone knows, pilots are too cheap to buy one of them newfangled camera phones

Ya think?

Not directed at you, but I'm going to throw out some good advice here...

If you can't stop yourself from being a dumbass, from violating FARs, or from violating your companies policies - at least don't post the evidence in the public domain

Strike that - post away and get culled from the herd. Darwinism works!

Let me know how this conversation works out for you if you ever interview for pilot job with an airline.

It is unbelievable isn't it? Then these pilots want to go attack the guy on his website. People better hope this doesn't get picked up by Wolf B..... from CNN. It would not surprise me to see the feds get out ahead of this with violations so the faa doesn't look like dumbasses when the real media picks this up. There is no way this story is just going to fade away. It might seem that way but the next time a little plane burns one in, its going to come up.

Yeah I am sure in flight photos and APC posts are the first topics of conversation in an interview. But I'll be sure and let you know how it goes. But first, let me take a selfie.

Any one of us can have a bad day at work, where despite our best efforts, our jobs could be placed at risk (there but for the grace of God go I?).

However, the linked photos are from pilots who opted-in to broadcasting that they (potentially) violate FARs. This was a 100% voluntary effort, and 100% preventable. Any heat those guys take is self-inflicted, it sucks, but they did it to themselves.

It takes lots of hard work and dedication to earn the credentials to fly for a living, but when you finally get a line number and big watch, being a narcissistic tool may not be the answer.

Are you really this obtuse? When you apply to college - the admission staff looks at any social media sites they can find you on; when you apply for a job - your potential employer will probably look at any social media sites they can find you on; etc... Hell, most will require you to list the social media sites you use!
