I hate to break it to you sir, but we are not all like that. I myself am perfectly capable of putting down my phone and actually paying attention in class. Sure I take a picture of the cessna I fly every once in a while but what's wrong with that? I sure don't walk around snapping selfies every 15 feet. And texting/talking while driving? Out of the question. I think the "millenials" you describe do exist, but there are plenty of other people who also realize at some point it just gets ridiculous with the technology and that everything is better in moderation. Just an 18 year old's .02.

I missed being a millenial by 2 years or so but regardless, the behavior I see from those in their 20s (especially) is shocking. This is beyond watching TV or reading a book.. They just lack social awareness and etiquette. So many have extreme adhd.. How will they sit in a cockpit for 10 hours?

"The children now love luxury. They have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise."

Wow the parents hate the kids generation? Tell me more!

The generation has actually proved pretty awesome with money management and work/life balance.
