While I won't hold something she did when she was 17 against her (she was actually a victim too considering her age and circumstances) she shouldn't have tried to brand herself as a poster child for aviation. Women have enough challenges in this industry and the last thing they need is a fashion model who got a job flying jets at 250 hours with a questionable past representing them. Imagine if Tim Martins represented male pilots... that would suck.

This is because (among other things), his ability to be tolerated for four days or more within the confines of a cramped cockpit is paramount. The thing I've noticed at this level is that the vast, vast majority of folks I fly with are laid back and are pleasure to spend time with over many days. Their flying skills are never a question. Mainlines try really hard to weed out the off-the-wall dudes who may otherwise be good sticks, but who nobody can stand to spend more than 30 seconds with. This guy may qualify as one of THOSE guys.
