They are getting three more 321NEOs, which will bring that fleet up to 18. They still have options for nine more, but no one knows if they will take it. 787s arrive in 2021, but still unclear when the 330s will start getting phased out.
As far as retirements, it's pretty minimal. 5 to 10 a year up until 2024 or so. From there's it's about 20 to 30 a year.

Retirements at Hawaiian pick up in 2022 with 21 mandatory and between 20-30 for the next 10-15 years. That doesn’t sound like much but for an airline our size it’s decent. Many of those retirements being wide body Captains. The 787’s in 2021 will create some movement as well.

The number I have heard from several check airman is between 1000-1100. It will depend on if they exercise the options for the additional 10 787s and how many A330s are retired. Also 9 options for A321 neos could increase those numbers. All speculation though at this point.

A recruiter told me in August that interview invites are not expected to go out until the first week in November. Not sure if there will be any feedback until then.
