Cant access from behind VPN

Like title says, can't access APC from behind a VPN.

Might be your VPN? I'm replying to your comment while logged in to my private network. I tried Onavo and VPN Express. Both worked as advertised.

Same problem occurs with Private Internet Access when outside the US and using the VPN to show a US IP address. Strangely, it works from all the same IP addresses when inside the US.

I also have private internet access and have intermittent issues connecting when running the VPN.

Troubleshooting - Help request

Hey All, here are a couple of questions that would help us narrow down this issue. Thanks for your help.

Could you please provide:

What type of error do you all get?
Ex. Connection reset, 403, 500, etc. It helps us narrow down the cause.

Could you please try accessing Corvette Forums - Corvette Enthusiast Site?
What do you see when you try to access this site? Do you access the site or do you get an error? What error do you get?
This is another IB forum website. We'd like to see what happens to rule out a potential network issue.
