The pay is as advertised starting at $72000 per year which includes per diem. That number assumes working 20 shifts per month at $260/day with $40 per diem.
They do schedule you for 20 days per month. The chief pilot is considerate with scheduling and takes requests every single month for the next month's schedule. Typically you can request 20on/10off or 10on/5off, requesting specific periods of time of if desired. I have found that I've always gotten days off that I have requested. Sometimes I don't always get 10/5, but most of the time it is close.
They rotate day/night shifts. If you are switching from days to nights, its almost always separated by your time off. You are on call for 12 hour shifts. You get paid the same whether you fly or not.

Any pilots a Eagle Air Med care to share some current info about the company? Specifically about the Alamosa and Del Norte bases.
Work environment, quality of training, schedule, pay, facilities, equipment... the standard questions...
Thanks!
