DAL invites going out

And with the magazine, I think you need to pick up both, then offer the choice to the guy next to you. (This shows you know your role as an FO is to let the Captain have first choice!) Just make sure you kindly ask him if you can have the cheerleader magazine when he's finished.
---
Which I'm not exaggerating. The question on you're Captain is drinking some beers and you're coming up on 8 hours. I had what I thought was a good answer, well rehearsed. I asked my good smart friend hired a few weeks later what he said and it was freaking brilliant. I quesitoned how I was even hired. I won't btw, say what he said, you've got to come up with your own answers to that standard question otherwise its not you answering.
I need to get that guy on the forums by the way, he reads but does not post, but he had an interesting medical story.
The lesson is patience and just be ready to run to the doctor asap to prove you don't have a problem and get that turned into them asap. As ACL told one poster, if you know in advance of an issue and OKC has signed off on it- bring proof with you and be done with it.

More importantly FtB, a medical condition that is not on a waiver. Showing a waiver is easy, it is the stuff like color blindness that for some that does not have a waiver. Bring documentation.
That reminds me there is a color blindness test too.
Beer;
Perfect Hair..... One did.

I'm a runner, and they jacked up my EKG as well. Got the leads backwards at first, didn't hook it up right, asked me if I'd ever had a heart attack (I was 25 at the time!), then said I needed to go see a specialist.
The specialist took one look at my EKG and said "there's nothing wrong with this- it looks like the leads were placed slightly off but that just shifts the picture... this is perfectly normal."
Derp derp derp...

I haven't actually seen the app, but from what he tells me there is no box to check for "NWA intern" only "Delta intern". After you check that box, apparently another box appears allowing him to elaborate that he was not actually a Delta intern, but a NWA intern.
Without doing it this way there is no way (I'm told) to input oneself as a former intern. Obviously he does not want to be perceived as "cute" or "tricking" the recruiters, hence my asking this question. Do you know whom I could contact to get the horse's mouth answer on his behalf as an active DAL pilot. A PM would be great
Thanks!

Yes there was..I will shorten the story to help all of you out.
I was an FO at ASA. No PIC time. Had all my app in by mid january 07 and started checking my email 10 times a day(I feel all your pain.)
By mid March I was really getting impatient. I went to the AIR INC. conference in LA, shook some hands and gave out my resume. Got the invitation to interview one week later.
Interviewed in April 07 and F'ed up the cog test. They said, seeeya in 6 months.
By the next week I was in upgrade school.
Re-interviewed October 07 and passed all of it. I was told by the Doc that my EKG was weird. Had a cardiologist take a look and he said you have the same EKG as anyone who is 6'4. One week later got the OK to Train email. That was the end of October and I started class January 08
FWIW...I had a friend that was a legacy and had not gotten the email to interview. My other friends who were legacies had already been hired. He went to a Women in Aviation conference, shook hands and got the interview.
