Yup, I'll back up what everyone else is saying... Listen to Tony.
Also, if they give you a "What if..." and you're not sure which direction to take it, base your answer on the following order:
1. Safety
2. Customer experience/satisfaction
3. Efficiency/cost
Oh, and listen to Tony.

Also, if it hasn't been said yet, for the TMAT questions - keep the stories to the SAR format - Situation, Actions, Resolution (Positive if possible)
Upndsky has the correct order of priorities!!! - Safety, Service, Cost
For the panel, here's the advice I gave a friend - You're attending a "career day" and you have three high school seniors who all have their private/instrument certificates. They want to know about your flying career as an "expert." Thus, they pick your brain. Use the above analogy and you'll sound professional, technical and you won't drop the "F" bomb during interview!
Also, there's some video examples of the Cog Screen we did back in the day at www.cogres.com
And don't post you're interview date in APC - never know who can put two and two together!
Good luck!

Make sure you put the correct resume online too.
When I applied with NWA I cut and paste my resume to the website, and it turns out it still said seeking position of pilot with Delta Air Lines!! DOH!!! It was fun laughing that one off with the NWA interview panel.
It's even more funny, because now I am a DAL pilot!!!
