Anyone know if since they have stopped interviewing will delta be at that career fair in august? I went to the one in chicago a couple years ago and because they weren't hiring, they were not able to accept resumes. Also, would they even accept resumes if they do everything on airline apps?

9 of 12 today. Good mix of regional and mil. Oct dates. Word is "excess" interviewees to be pooled for classes in 2011.

I only said walmart greeter because that is what you list as your "currentt position", so I thought there must be some benefit over the DAL job..... Where do you live for the contractor job? IOW, do you have to travel for your reserve gig? The GS position(formerly contractor with Northrop Grumman) is in Norfolk, VA, and my reserve job is at NAS Oceana with the FRS. All in all no commute minimal travel unless I want to so the pros outweighed the cons in my situation for QOL. |
If they are offering to go in to a pool, take it, you never know if and when they will need new bodies. Frankly it is dynamic and I would do it. Just my .02
